Bobby Hunt is the General Manager of Pneumatic and Hydraulic Company (PHC) and its hydrogen-focused division, Total Hydrogen Solutions (THS), where he leads the development and deployment of advanced hydrogen compression, storage, and fueling systems supporting industrial, mobility, and energy resilience applications.

With a background in high-performance engineering and operations, Bobby has helped position PHC and THS at the forefront of the emerging hydrogen economy, working across manufacturing, infrastructure development, and public-private partnerships to accelerate scalable energy solutions. Under his leadership, the organization has expanded into advanced manufacturing for hydrogen systems, mobile refueling platforms, fuel cell integration, and next-generation energy projects.

Bobby serves as Secretary of the United States Hydrogen Alliance, where he actively supports policy and workforce development. He is a strong advocate for domestic energy, advanced manufacturing, and strengthening the U.S. energy supply chain. As Vice Chairman of the Katy Area Economic Development Council, he is passionate about ensuring energy is safe and accessible in local communities.

Greg Heller is a cofounder of Total Hydrogen Development (THD) and Sales Manager for Hydrogen Systems at Total Hydrogen Solutions (THS), the Pneumatic and Hydraulic Company division that designs, builds, and installs the equipment. He works both sides of the same project: development and capital formation on the THD side, system engineering and delivery on the THS side.

Greg built the commercial side of the THS hydrogen business. He joined Pneumatic and Hydraulic Company in August 2023, when the 65-year-old firm had deep industrial capability but had never completed a hydrogen sale. He brought in the OEM and manufacturing partnerships the division runs on today, including Enapter and the majority of its hydrogen manufacturers and storage suppliers, closed the largest sale in the company's history, and grew THS into the fastest-growing and highest-revenue branch of PHC within two years. He has since added the division's hydrogen service capability and multiple distribution agreements.

At THS he leads sales and integration of end-to-end hydrogen systems for heavy-duty transport, energy developers, and OEM customers, managing the full lifecycle from system design through vendor coordination, fabrication, and commissioning. He builds the techno-economic models behind station deployments ranging from 0.5 TPD mobile refuelers to 15 TPD permanent installations, and serves as the technical bridge between engineering, fabrication at R&R Manufacturing, and field operations across the PHC family of companies.

Before PHC, Greg spent seven years at HNO International (OTC: HNOI), a green hydrogen product development company, first as Marketing and Business Development Director and then as Chief Technology Officer. He joined a company doing roughly $100,000 a year, rebuilt the brand and investor story, and raised a $5M+ friends and family round that carried the company public. He closed HNO's first two commercial contracts, with HAECO in Hong Kong and Sterling Generators in India, grew the team from 3 to more than 20, and in less than 18 months led the prototyping and commercial launch of five product lines spanning megawatt-class hydrogen production, refueling, portable electrolysis, hydride delivery, and fuel cell backup power. He also served as COO of a Greentown Labs hydrogen refueling startup, closing its first outside capital and delivering its first product development.

Earlier, Greg led a Philadelphia agency that strategized, developed, and executed capital campaigns upwards of a billion dollars for two dozen universities and roughly as many nonprofits and NGOs around education, science and technology, including the University of Pennsylvania, the University of Chicago, the Science History Institute, and the Philadelphia Museum of Art. He grew the agency to $2.5 million in annual revenue and more than 900 projects a year, and exited in 2018.

Greg brings more than a decade across hydrogen engineering, clean energy business development, and technology commercialization, with domain depth in electrolysis, steam methane reforming, high-pressure compression, storage, and refueling for both mobility and industrial applications. He holds a B.A. in Marketing from Temple University and is based in Houston.
